SOCIALISING WITH THE LIONS
As well as working on fundraising projects, the Lions have a good social life. We attend our fellow Club's Charter Dinners and Social Evenings and, yes, we manage to raise funds whilst enjoying ourselves.
Two typical social events run by our own Club are the Valentines and Halloween Dinners, which are attended by the public and members of Lions Clubs from the surrounding areas.
One of the members from another Club usually captures the spirit of the evening by doing pen drawings on any paper serviettes that he can get his hands on.
